Questions
Things earthlings ask
Tap a question. If yours is not here, put it in the consult form and I'll answer over text.
Booking
How do I book?
Fill out the consult form and I'll text you back to plan it. I don't take calls or walk-ins, and there is no online booking on purpose: every new color starts with a consult.
Do you take walk-ins?
No. The suite is private and by appointment only, so every visit gets my full attention.
Why text only?
placeholderI'm behind the chair most of the day with color on my hands. Texts let me answer between clients without making you wait on hold.
Can I bring a friend or my kids?
This is a private salon studio, so no additional guests, friends or children without my prior approval. Ask before your appointment if you need an exception.
Pricing
Why do prices say "starting at"?
Every price is a starting point. Your exact price comes after your consult, once I know your hair's history and what it will take.
Do I need a deposit?
Some services do: new clients, lengthy color transformations, extensions, and other services that need a lot of time or prep. I tell you before your appointment.
What if I need to cancel?
Give me 48 hours notice. Less than that is 50% of the service, same day is 75%, and no-shows are 100%. Sick? Text me before you arrive and the fee is waived.
Color
Do you do blonde and toning?
Blonde toning isn't my specialty, so I may point you to someone who does it best. Lightening for vivids? Totally my thing!
My hair has box dye in it. Can you still do vivids?
placeholderUsually, but it changes the plan. Be honest about it in your consult and I will tell you what is realistic for your first visit.
How long does vivid color last?
placeholderVivids fade by design. With cool water, less washing and color-safe shampoo, plan a refresh every 6 to 8 weeks.
The studio
Where are you?
A private suite in Colorado Springs. I text you the details when we plan your consult.
Is the suite accessible?
placeholderTell me what you need when we plan your consult and I will make it work. Accessibility accommodations can always be discussed in advance.
Aftercare
What should I do after my color?
placeholderWait 48 to 72 hours to wash, use cool water and a color-safe shampoo, and wash less. The full list is in the aftercare guides.
